Please login into your ticket dashboard using the email address associated with your ticket. We will send a login link to this email.


Once logged into the dashboard, you will see your order, if you are the order owner, and/or your ticket, if you have been assigned one. 


If you are the order owner click "manage items" to view/assign/reassign your ticket(s).




If you are not the order owner but want to reassign your ticket, you can use the "transfer" option. 


Please note: Some ticket types cannot be reassigned, including those issued by invite e.g. Speaker, Media, and Investor tickets and those awarded on the basis of merit or by application e.g. Developer tickets.
