After you purchase a ticket for Web Summit Vancouver 2026, you can request a letter confirming you are attending Web Summit. This will help you with your visa application.
You can request a letter by signing in here: https://attend.websummit.com/van26. To sign in, you will need the email address on your ticket.
Click on the "Documents" tab to request your visa letter.
Please note: It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require an entry visa to attend, volunteer or exhibit at Web Summit, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure.
